Delivery of this elephant will occur between the end of April and the start of May 2025.
Once sales have been finalised, we will create a delivery schedule and let you know which date we hope to deliver your elephant.
If you are unable to receive your elephant during this delivery window, it will be placed in storage and delivered at a later date. We will provide one week of storage free, after which, a storage surcharge will be charged to you at cost. If our logistics partner is unable to deliver your elephant within the delivery window above, and a third-party contractor needs to be used, this would potentially also incur a surcharge at cost.
Due to the logistical complexities of our migration, all deliveries and installation services will be made exclusively by our logistics partner, IBI Logistics. Collections or the use of alternative logistics companies to deliver elephants is not possible.
The delivery charges provided at checkout are estimated based on our delivery terms and conditions. Final charges may vary and are contingent upon easy access to the delivery property for vehicles including flat-bed lorries, as well as easy access to the installation location within the property.

Sculpture Care
The elephants can withstand any climate with the right care. The calm sunny climes of spring and summer are the best times to re-varnish the elephants to ensure the lantana stays healthy. During adverse weather of the autumn and winter months, we recommend temporarily storing the elephants inside if you have a suitable outhouse, barn or other covered area. Alternatively, they can be covered with a tarpaulin. Full care instructions will be provided with your elephant, but you can read our care guide here.
