Alison Maschmeyer has spent more than 20 years in financial services, helping entrepreneurs build and scale their businesses. She is the founder and managing partner at Global Capital Advisors and has held senior leadership roles at Pinnacle Investment Management, Bank of America and Deutsche Bank in New York and London. She earned her MBA from Columbia University.

A long‑standing supporter of conservation, Alison brings her strategic financial and fundraising experience to organisations she cares deeply about, serving on the boards of the Red Hook Initiative, the International School of Brooklyn, and Park Tudor School. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and their two daughters, whose future inspires her commitment to protecting the planet.
